RM Quality Construction, LLC is a company dedicated to Disaster Recovery that will enable communities and citizens to rebuild, reconstruct and mitigate homes that have been damaged or destroyed from catastrophic disasters. We focus primarily on single family housing projects. Our highly experience staff is dedicated to quality work to ensure customer satisfaction.
We are a construction firm with over 35 years of experience in homebuilding and remodeling. In 1996, the business to include rehabilitation and reconstruction in homebuilding and remodeling of homes exclusively for the HOME program administered through TDHCA (Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs) and CDBG. We have completed over 2,000 new residential construction builds in these programs that have been located across many counties throughout Texas. Along with these reconstruction projects we have completed hundreds of rehabilitation and elevation projects. We have consistently completed projects in 30 days or less.
The foundation that we have laid as our core company strategic business model in disaster recovery efforts puts us at the forefront in this arena. Our superintendents are mobile and fully equipped with the tools and experience to complete any project. We have a company aircraft that allows us to be where we are needed at a moment’s notice. Our sub contractor base is well established and we subject each company to our vigorous pre-qualification process to ensure that each company is properly vetted and well qualified.
