HUD Section 3 Notice: This contractor is working on the GLO Community Development and Revitalization Project. This is a HUD Section 3 covered project in Jefferson, Polk, Galveston, and other counties in the Zone 2 area. A copy of the prevailing wage will be provided upon request in writing and should be considered when bidding. Successful bidders are subject to the HUD Section 3 requirements, which include hiring preference to public housing residents and low-income workers living near the project sites.
